Included in the rental of the Fruitier is the following: (all prices include VAT) :

• Sheets & towels (the beds will be made up before your arrival)

Heating, electricity and water
A booking is confirmed only after your written confirmation and deposit (see below)

Please remember to give us your mobile telephone number and your anticipated arrival time. Please contact us if your arrival time changes - please note we do not have an answering service after 11pm.

For weekly rentals or mini-breaks a 40% deposit is required on confirmation of your reservation, the remainder to be paid on arrival. You will also be asked for a deposit of 1500Euros to cover any damage or loss during the visit. This will of course be given back to you at the end of the visit.
